With years working in the homes of learners & their families, I know the daily struggles that families encounter when advocating for inclusion in their schools, churches and communities.

Through countless meetings collaborating with school teams, I also know the challenges with staffing and resources that serve as obstacles in accommodating the needs of our learners.

We don’t have to neglect our learners or exhaust our schools to make equitable and accessible education possible.

For 14 years, I have practiced with collaboration at the heart of all I do. Let’s come together to create IEP’s that reflect the needs of learners with sensible solutions for school teams.
